2025 Farm Policies & Procedures: No firearms; No animals allowed except registered service animals (This does not include emotional support animals); No alcohol or drugs; No smoking or vaping.

→Tickets are non-refundable (refunds will not be issued by Long Neck Pumpkin Farm under any circumstance), but below you can add 'Purchase Protection' and get a 100% refund of your purchase if a qualifying unforeseen circumstance prevents you from attending this event.

→Should you wish to change your reservation date, add an additional ticket(s), or transfer your tickets to someone else you can do so you can email [email protected] or go through the Attendee Account Center . Here are the steps:
✔️There is a link to claim your account on your order confirmation page and your confirmation email.
✔️Select the "Edit My Tickets" button in your confirmation email (please make sure you use the same email address you used to buy an order) and follow the prompts to create an account and password.
✔️Once submitted you will be able to review past orders, edit current orders and initiate a transfer of your order(s).

→If Long Neck Pumpkin Farm closes on the day of your reservation due to inclement weather they will honor your tickets for any future weekend date they are open during the rest of this 2025 Season.
